The mixing process starts after flour
reaches through the sifter pipe and the addition of the required
quantity of water, yeast and improver.
As for large capacity automatic bakeries and in case silos are
used, a mixer with removable bowls and an elevator are installed
to feed the dough automatically to the divider. |
